You can still do it but dont expect to do much skiing on it. The big guns up North are fed by fire hoses and high, I mean high pressure air. As long as the water is atomized and you have some air pressure to force it into the freezing air, below 32 will make the kids happy and yourself too. Gets better when the temp is closer to 20f. .
