If you're handy at fiddling with items around the garage or workshop to put together something for a specific purpose, try making a tee arrangement that will fit on the nozzle of one of the compressor hoses, with a hose dangling from the bottom pipe of the tee. Maybe a 1/2" rigid copper tee would work, or a 1/2"x1/2"x3/8" or 1/4", using the smaller end for the suction tube. Bernoli's principle shows that a stream of most anything, air, water, etc, passing over an opening, will create a vacuum at that opening that will pull water or air or whatever, into it and push it out the last end of the tee, along with the air. So, if you can get your tee assembled, with the hose hanging into a bucket of water or soapy water, turn on the air with the hose end attached to the tee, it should shoot water, soap and air out the other side. And you have a pressure washer. A little refining of the design characteristics and you could get to the point where some company will come after you for trying to steal their copywright.
References :
60 years of playing around with just such stuff. Sometimes it even works.
